Kids Return
LinktreeKids Return is first and foremost a great story of friendship between Adrien Rozé and Clément Savoye.
Like Japanese director Takeshi Kitano's film from which it takes its name, the French duo explores the depth within the false naivety of childhood and the power of nostalgia when it blurs the line between joy and sadness.
In 2022, Kids Return released its first album 'Forever Melodies' which marked the beginning of the adventure. In just a few months, the duet transitions from a filmed live session at the legendary Motorbass studio to shows at prestigious Paris venues like La Maroquinerie and La Cigale sold-out.
Rapidly, the band flies away to tour across North America, including a very special night playing at the iconic Red Rocks natural amphitheater at the heart of Colorado. Kids Return's revelation in France takes the two friends all the way to Tokyo to perform on the Summer Sonic stage in 2023. Several awards embellish the rise including: representing France at Eurosonic where they received an MME Award, two invitations at the famous French TV show Quotidien (awarded as the Best New Music Act of 2023) and multiple collaborations with Saint Laurent.
In 2025, the duo turned their gaze across the Channel, in England with their highly anticipated second album: 1997, featuring more visceral and refined compositions. With 1997, Kids Return enters a new chapter, marked by a headline show at L’Olympia and an international tour spanning the UK, Mexico and the US, including a return to the legendary Red Rocks. The duo continues to refine its sound with the same timeless energy that defines them.
